Ah, the county fair

Well, we went to the fair tonight. I've included several pictures of our evening. Nathan seemed to really enjoy it.

That's right, we rode the carousel 4 times tonight.

This is Nathan holding the beach ball he won at one of the games tonight (it was one of those throw the ball in a cup kind of games). I was going to take a picture of him playing but he had already won by the time I paid the guy for the game. Our little man is so good!

Laundry Baskets

Nathan has lots of toys. Lots and lots. Know what he's spent the last half hour playing with? My laundry baskets. They're apparently a lot of fun!




Nathan has having a lot of fun going "jump, jump, jump!" in the laundry basket. He didn't seem to appreciate my attempt to capture it on video though. Here's the video (there was something on the lens so it's pretty blurry):

After running from the front door to the back door several times to watch Daddy mow, Nathan went out and helped him sweep up.

Cheese

Yesterday, I found Nathan holding my camera pressed against his face yelling "cheese!". So, I rescued my camera and Nathan told me "cheese!" a few more times. Here's the silly results:

Cookies and stuff

Well Nathan and I had a lovely morning on this Friday. We took an hour walk while it was still cool and nice early this morning. We came home rested a little bit and then we made some cookies. Nathan's actually a pretty good helper. I just have to watch him that he's not eating spoonfuls of batter! After our baking, Nathan played in his rice and beans box. Then we had some messes to clean up :). So we then had some lunch and Nathan is now napping. It's been a great Friday morning. Here's a couple of pictures of our morning:

It rained all day yesterday, so we did a lot of playing inside. A video of Nathan and I dancing along with a Seasame Street dance dvd would probably be pretty humorous, luckily for me there isn't one! Here's Nathan doing a little cooking after our dancing:

Mowing

What can I say? We had to get a picture of this when it happened. That's right, Nathan is mowing the living room with his 3D glasses on.

New Wheels

We got a new stroller this week, so Nathan, Evie and I took it for a walk today. It's a really neat stroller with a normal seat on the front and a bench seat on the back along with a platform to stand on. Nathan likes the new wheels too. He thinks he's big stuff being able to climb up on that seat. Here's a couple pictures from our walk to the library:

New Hat

Whenever Dustin wears one of is fedoras Nathan always wants to wear it. Well, while we were out shopping last night Dustin found a kid size fedora for Nathan. Here he is watching TV wearing his new hat:

A Summer Afternoon

Today was a gorgeous summer day in Seymour, IN so we spent the afternoon outside playing in the water.

Nathan was a wild man yesterday afternoon. Evie was hanging out on the floor watching and thought he was quite funny. Once he realized he had a little audience, Nathan really hammed it up. The video (sorry it's a little dark):

Nathan's Room

On Sunday I finished Nathan's room. I got the border cutouts put up. I'm really happy with how it turned out. The cutouts seem to pull it all together. So there's another project to cross of the list. Next is the baby's room. His bedding is supposed to come in today, so we'll be getting paint and starting on his room next. Fun fun!
